Fundraising Bake Sale?

We are doing a bake sale at my sons school to raise money for his kind grad. The teacher said there wasn’t enough baking last time, so I decided if other parents don’t have the time I am going to step up and make more. So far I have 22 Jello cups (plastic picnic cup size), 12 egg less milk less chocolate cupcakes, and I have a batch of sugar cookies in the fridge. The recipe says it will make 36 but we will see. Should I make more. The cupcakes are easy so I will probably end up doing those.

Wow props to you!!!
I make brownies but I don’t like the messy edges so I use a muffin pan or mini muffin pan spray with pam and they come right out. Cheap but I don’t know how popular they would be are chocolate dipped pretzel rods (leave about an 1 1/2 at end undipped for non-messy fingers) Good Luck

That’s alot of sweets! I think it should be enough. If it makes around 36 cookies, then you should be good, if it doesn’t, then make more or something else like brownies.

That’s awfully generous of you, and I understand your desire to step up and help, but others need to take some responsibility too. Has a note gone home to parents asking for contributions? Are the kids willing to pitch in? Sounds like if it’s for a graduation, these kids might be old enough to make something simple themselves.
